My fax has always worked well until today. Now when I open a fax up to view it it opens in Microsoft Word with a screen named "File conversion-MSfax console temporary preview with a bunch of numbers after it. It is a screen that relates to text encoding and it is set to Windows default. The fax then only reveals a bunch of gibberish. Help somebody! I have spent all morning trying to figure this out.
